DEALQA TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using DealQA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our sourcing marketplace, financial analysis engines, or negotiator tools.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

DealQA provides an automated business acquisition workspace enabling aggregation across 25 external marketplaces, gold-standard valuation algorithms, custom P&L forensic parsing, team tier collaboration dashboards, and automated offer document builders.

3. ACCOUNT TIERS AND RECURRING BILLING

• - Pro and Team Tiers: Premium tiers are billed on a recurring monthly subscription model.
• - 7-Day Reverse Trial: every new account starts with 7 days of full Premium access with no card required. No charge is made and no automatic billing is created at signup. Access is continuous with the account's own 7-day window and is not extended by requesting the trial. When the 7 days end, the account returns to the free tier unless the user deliberately activates a paid plan. A paid plan begins only when the user clicks Add payment and completes the secure payment page, which asks for a card and a phone number; monthly billing starts from that activation, not from signup.
• - Collaboration Seats: The Team tier grants access up to 5 concurrent users on one account. Sharing credentials outside the designated cohort is prohibited.

4. DATA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPLIANCE

• - User-Uploaded Data: Users retain all intellectual property rights to their uploaded financial statements and P&L logs. You warrant that you have full authorization to analyze the deals brought to the platform.
• - Scraper Fair Use: Data scraped from external public marketplaces is presented for consolidated evaluation and filtering. DealQA holds no ownership over third-party broker listings.

DEALQA IS AN AUTOMATED FINTECH WORKFLOW AND DATA ANALYTICS TOOL. WE ARE NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY, INVESTMENT BANK, LAW FIRM, OR LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR. CONTENT, ALGORITHMIC ALERTS, AND NEGOTIATOR DRAFTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. ALL ACQUISITION DECISIONS ARE MADE AT THE USER'S SOLE RISK.
